Our office is located on the second floor of the building at 269 U.S. Route 1, Falmouth. The building has large signs on the exterior for Form Lab, Jaffa Mediterranean Grill and Blaze marketing. Suite 203 is at the end of the second-floor hallway, on the right.
FROM I-295 (Northbound or Southbound)
Take Exit 10 toward Falmouth, I-95 and US-1. At the end of the ramp turn left at the light onto Bucknam Road toward US-1. At the next light, go straight into the Falmouth Shopping Center toward Salty Dog. Turn left at the stop sign, up a slight hill and continue toward the white two-story building on your left at 269 US-1. Entrance doors are in the middle of the building to the right of the Form Lab sign as shown in the photo below.
FROM I-95 (Northbound and Southbound) Take Exit 52 for Falmouth toward I-295/US-1/Freeport. Use the middle lane to take the US-1 South/I-295 South exit toward Falmouth/Portland. Stay left and use the left lane to take the US-1 exit toward Falmouth. Merge onto US-1. At the next light, turn left into the shopping center and toward Salty Dog. Turn left at the stop sign, up a slight hill and continue toward the white two-story building on your left at 269 US-1. Entrance doors are in the middle of the building to the right of the Form Lab sign as shown in the photo below.
